Estimates prepared by the Census Bureau and state or local agencies are often inadequate for geographic areas that don’t align with county, city, or other legal boundaries. FLO Analytics uses data from public and private sources and spatial analysis to provide estimates and forecasts of population and housing variables for custom geographic areas of any size.

FLO Analytics has partnered with districts across the nation to prepare long-range enrollment forecasts by grade and by individual school. FLO recognizes that each district and the communities that they serve are unique, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to forecasting.
