Rebecca primarily leads projects in FLO’s school district sector including student enrollment forecasting, school choice analysis, school program analysis, school capacity and utilization analysis, and school boundary analysis projects. She also leads political redistricting projects and local government projects.

Rebecca enjoys getting to work with clients across the country and creating innovative, tailored project plans that meet their specific needs. Rebecca prioritizes communicating regularly with her clients so that they are informed and can provide iterative feedback throughout the process. She ensures that projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule while also creating room for flexibility in project plans so that work can be adapted throughout the project if a client’s needs change.

Rebecca is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and in her free time enjoys hiking, bantering with friends, reading, traveling, and playing with her goldendoodle, Samwise Gamgee.

Dream vacation spot and why?

The Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highlands. I visited it once before, and the scenery is otherworldly and magical. My family immigrated from Scotland in the 1600s, so I love connecting with my ancestral roots.
