Ethan Poole

At FLO, Ethan uses his consulting experience to facilitate changes for cities, counties, and school districts. He is active in projects across the country, from helping the City of Reno redistrict from five city council wards to six, to analyzing school choice patterns and enrollment trends for school districts from Illinois to Oregon. His curiosity about communities of all sizes helps him engage and connect with clients from all over. When not at work, he enjoys gardening, fixing up a 100-year-old house, sailing on the Columbia River, and traveling around the world.
